Ok, so this blog is really for my own personal use over the summer to see how my weght loss plans go, but any comments are appreciated!!!

So, the statistics....

My name is Lauren, I'm 20 and from England :)

I'm 5 foot 4, or 162cm

I weigh 13st 4lb, or 186lb, or almost 85kg

My measurements are:

Hips: 112cm or 44 inches
Waist: 92cm or 36 inches
Thigh: 66cm or 26 inches
Calf: 41cm or 16 inches
Upper arm: 36cm or 14 inches
Bust: 97cm or 38 inches

This is NOT good...

I decided to set up this blog because I wanted a way to track how my body changes from July 1st to October 1st... I set 3 months, because they say that exercise takes 6 weeks to truly affect one's body, and obviously weight loss, if done sensibly is slow...

My goals are as follows...........

Eventually, I would like to be 9st, which is 125lb, or 57kg...

By October, I would like to have dropped down to 11st, which is 154lb, or 70kg.

I have no set ideas on measurements, as I carry a lot of muscle on my legs and arms, but it goes a little bit squidgy in between.... I would rather be toned than really slim, so I'm hoping that the weight loss coupled with exercise will give the look I want :)

Also, I have been to the gym for the last 2 days, and will be going for an hour each day, and undertaking a healthy eating plan (food diary being kept to ensure this!!!) Since returning home on June 22nd (Sunday... it is now Wednesday morning) I have dropped from 13st 7lb down to 13st 4 lb, so 3lb in 3 days looks to be a good start!!!!

I would never be able to cut out food or stop eating as I have pretty bad diabetes, and stopping eating would be akin to suicide, so healthy food, and 3 meals per day, no snacking seems to be working, if the 3lb is anything to go by!!!!
